Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the publisher of this mobile application (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the application (“App”) distributed through the Apple App Store or as otherwise indicated where you obtained the App. For questions, use the contact information in the App’s store listing or in the App. When this policy is shown on our website, you may also email fuertiq@gmail.com.
The App is intended to work primarily on your device. Unless a feature sends data over the network as described in this policy or in the App, information you generate in the App generally stays on your device or is handled by Apple as part of the platform and App Store, including for in-app purchases.
Information processed on your device
Depending on the App’s features, the following may be stored locally on your device:
- Settings and preferences you configure in the App.
- Content you import or create, and references the App needs to open that content again, such as file bookmarks or paths, subject to operating system permissions you grant.
- Input from connected accessories when the App uses that input for functionality on the device.
If the App offers export or import of configuration or project data, those files are created or chosen by you.
Purchases and the App Store
If the App offers in-app purchases or paid downloads, Apple processes payments and related information according to Apple’s privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple. We may receive limited information through Apple’s systems, such as purchase or entitlement status, as needed to provide paid features.
Third-party services
Third-party services used by the App (for example analytics, crash reporting, advertising, cloud sync, or sign-in) are named in this section with a description and a link to each provider’s privacy policy. If no services are listed, the App does not include such integrations in its current release.
Sale of personal information
We do not sell your personal information.
Children
The App is not directed at children under the minimum age required in your region for consent to data processing. If you believe information relating to a child was collected in error, contact us using the method described above.
International users
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal data. Data that exists only on your device may be accessed, corrected, or deleted using the App’s settings, by removing the App, or by using your device’s tools to clear app data. Purchase-related requests may need to be directed through Apple.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is the one published where this policy is hosted or linked from the store listing. Continued use of the App after an update, where permitted by law, constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
